CLIENT ADVISOR

We are currently looking for Client Advisors to help us meet our client delivery targets. The role is extremely diverse and challenging and will include;

• logging new cases onto our COMPASS system
• appointing appropriate marketing agents and contractors
• communicating instructions and recording outcomes following possession
• monitoring costs on cases and liaising with accounts team on invoices
• handle the appointment of valuers
• provide an accurate record of all communication relating to the case

Our ideal successful applicant will be highly motivated and organised with an excellent ability to communicate at a variety of levels. Full training of our COMPASS system will be provided although IT literacy is a necessity.
