New three-part documentary series stars Karishma, St Trinity’s adopted elephant

The three-part documentary series show the goings-on of the Zoological Society of London (ZSL)and begins tonight at 8pm. ‘The Zoo’ – which starts tonight and finishes on the 23rd November is a new fly-on-the-wall documentary filmed at ZSL’s two sites. Karishma, who St Trinity sponsored earlier this year, lives at ZSL’s Whipsnade site with her young son George. This is the first time in ten years that cameras have been given access all areas at the zoo to capture the rich variety of life at the zoo. Tune in tonight to see Karishma and the other animals in what promises to be a really interesting programme.
